Say Hello To My Little Footer.

Yes, it was supposed to look like that....But because of my inadequate coding skills, I was not able to fit all the images without one ending up on another line. I did not want to re-size the images either so I removed the far right image and settled for less. What I was hoping to do was link each of the sticker images to one of my profiles. I did that by merely cutting the image into several large pieces. The problem having such a large image is that empty "white" areas also become hyperlinked. Does anybody know how I could fix this issue?

London (harder, better, faster, stronger).

This is what you get when you combine 3000+ images with the track ''Harder, better, faster, stronger'' from Daft Punk live record ''Alive 2007' in after effects.

Ecofont.

Font that uses up to 20% less ink.

The picture illustrates how the Ecofont was created by omitting parts of the letter. At the shown size, this obviously is not very nice, but at a regular font size it is actually very usable. Naturally, the results vary depending on your software and the quality of your screen. The Ecofont works best in OpenOffice, AppleWorks and MS Office 2007. Printing with a laser printer will give the best printing results.

The Ecofont is based on the Vera Sans, an Open Source letter, and is available for Windows, Mac OSX and Linux.

Feature | Yiying Lu.

Yiying Lu is the artist behind the Fail Whale. Yiying was not paid directly for the image - she originally posted the image to iStockPhoto.com where the Twitter people picked it up.

Born in Shanghai, China on Dec 2nd. Yiying moved to Sydney in 2002 to study Design, with love of platypuses and wombats. In 2006, she went on an exchange study in London at Central St Martins College of Art and Design. While there, I studied advertising, illustration and Little Britain. In 2007, she graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with First-Class honors in Bachelor of Design Visual Communication.

What is Fail Whale? - It is employed during periods of downtime by the social networking service Twitter.com, which allows users to submit and share brief messages known colloquially as "tweets." When Twitter gets overloaded, users see the "Fail Whale" error message.
